SAVAGE MODEL #64 .22lr (lil easily on)

just a lil overview, going to have more vids with this rifle to show better how it works out in the field. so heres a look at a model #64 from savage. you can find these rifles new for around 5/120. they come with a 7 round detachable clip, has a 20.5in barrel with a 1:16 th twist. their semi auto, and a very light trigger pull.clean action as well. comes with a standard plastic stock but there are several different stocks available from composite to wood.(i'd recommend looking at boyds, they have an awesome line of wood stocks)you can also buy larger magazines as well.its 40ins overall lenght, under 5lbs. doesnt come with a scope but has the grooves cut in it to put one on.ive been firing federal rounds out of it and have no problems.very accurate.but when i tried to sight it in with stingers, and couldnt get a grouping.now everyone else tried the stingers in diffrent firearms and had the same problems.they were all over the place.im guessing its to fast for the shape/wght of the bullet.in the video i was shooting about 80yrds out at a can in a tree,standing/free handing and was right on top of the can.its very accurate and clean shooting.we'll be bringing you more vids with this rifle.we wanna see how far out we can go comfortably with it.hope yall enjoy and thx for watchn!! stay tuned for more BHC action!!

Eastern Coyote Hunting: Three's Company (DownWind Outdoors)

For more information on the calls used in this video, please visit us at www.downwindoutdoors.com The fall season has always been a favorite for many outdoorsmen. Leaves change colors, temperatures cool down, hunting seasons open up, and animals become more active. DownWind Outdoors is learning that this can also be the best time of year to call in coyotes! Old dogs may forget a few DWO tricks and young coyotes are all grown up and expanding outward into new territories of their own. The new pack is un-educated and eager for their next meal as alpha dogs run them off and maintain control of their hunting grounds. And when these young coyotes are working together, it can make for some really entertaining video. Andy and Paul set out this morning on the first frost of the year- a really cold and calm morning at a very promising property. They were determined to make up for a late season blunder last year that resulted in an outstanding coyote and kill shot, but nothing else on video. With Andy trying out the all new DWO Signature Series rabbit squealer by Crack, and Pauly taking aim with his .243, this season would start off much better then last season ended. Just a minute into calling and it would be Mr. P staring down the barrel at three !!! Shooter Paul Close Videographer/Caller: Andy Species: Eastern Coyote Weight: 36.5 Pounds Sex: Male Date: 10/6/2011 TOD: 6:40 am Temperature: 37° Call: DWO Signature Series made by Crack - Long range Cottontail Rabbit Rifle: .243 DWO ...
